*Escrow Service
Escrow is a fund administration agreement for a real estate transaction, in charge of an impartial third party obligated to disburse such funds, all in accordance with the previous and written instructions delivered by the parties involved.
Once the conditions that originate the disbursements of funds are fulfilled, we will send the Buyer and Seller Closing Statements; which are documents that reflect the funds delivered, to be disbursed and beneficiaries of the same. After receiving the Closing Statements duly signed we will proceed to disburse the funds, finishing with the Escrow Service procedure.
